It might be a hair bump(I know this is gross, but it is like a pimple. Sooner or later it is going to pop) they come from wearing tight panties or pants.

It could be a pimple. I know that sounds silly but the area below is very sensitive down there and its likely to become irritated easily.
Or a hair bump.

Did you specifically get tested for herpes? Usually you have to ask for that extra.
Could be boils or ingrown hairs. If you think you have herpes, you need to be seen while you still have the blisters. Try a different dr. or go to a clinic.

If it's on the labia it could just be a pimple. If it is at the very opening of the vagina it could be a blocked duct.

if it is in the pubic area it may just be an infection or ingrown hair. If the bumps are on or directly outside the vaginal area you may want to get that checked.

i think its normal too. ive had them for longer then that. and i have more then a few of them. i think thats just the way they are. only some people have them like that though.

ingrown hair maybe... they sometimes get into "bumps" because the irritation.......
