You need to see a doctor. They can properly diagnose you and offer/provide treatment.

BV (bacterial vaginosis) is usually treated with the medication metronidazole (brand name: Flagyl). If for some reason you can't take metronidazole, they can give you a prescription for another antibiotic like clindamycin (brand name: Cleocin).
