Chili Verde - especially over scrabbled eggs w/ tortillas on the side
Truth: Any Mexican dish.
Side note: I had spinach tamales topped w/ green sauce the other night for the first time and I LOVED IT!

ALL MEXICAN. I make great chicken and cream cheese enchiladas...I love chili rellenos but not with MEAT! I live in
GA and all the restaurants here make them with meat *poo* I like them stuffed with cheese, breaded, float fried and topped with a special sauce and more cheese.
