So far, I have basil, cilantro, lime, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, ginger, thai chiles. Does anyone have any others they would like to mention?

My b/f likes Thai food and I want to make him a veggie juice and juice a bunch of Thai stuff in there to try and make a Thai veggie juice.

The herbs and spices I am talking about would be juiced in with my carrot juice, etc..

I think you answered it yourself! I wish I could give you ten points for best answer!
Those were my choices, and I can add to them by saying don't forget onion when you talk about garlic. Also cardamon and cinnamon sometimes.
Some curry pastes use the seeds from the pods of tamarind trees. Some use coconut palm sap, and many include coconut milk.
The lime leaves they use in Thailand are Kaffir lime leaves; the basil is either sweet basil, or Thai basil (slightly different from the basil we use in pasta).
Chilis can be green or red.
That's all I can add!
However ... in a veggie juice?

Honestly, juicing it sound really disgusting...

I have some great thai recipes sadly I have too much respect for food to help you to disgustify it like that.

Added: Always happy to put a smile on your face.

You can make thai red curry - it's one of my faves. The sauce can be made really easily, you can cheat by buying red curry paste from the supermarket! Just add coconut milk, thai fish sauce (definitely worth putting in your cupboard), squeeze some lime in and boil it up.

I don't think of a spice when I think about Thai I think PEANUTS, and I don't like them in my food, I don't like thai. But Indonesian food I really good, but lemongrass should be outlawed, it tastes like lemon pledge. Beef Rendang has got to be the best and hottest thing I ever ate in my life.
