eggs are good for you. why would something like margarine that's man-made be better for you than butter? then we learned again that margarine is infact bad for you.

eggs are natures perfect food... complete proteins. they're a great source of nutrition. i love eggs.

don't under any circumstances let people tell you that eggs are bad.

look which countries eat lots of eggs (old fashioned, european, other countries that are less developed and not western like canada and the US)... and look who has higher incidence of disease and cancer. clearly, the ones who eat eggs and other whole foods know better.

eggs have high cholesterol and fat content . cholesterol or fat when excessive or higher than the normal, lodges on the vessel and arterial walls, form plaques, harden up and causes obstruction, therefore making the passage of blood constricted. THus, to compensate, the heart pumps blood with greater pressure to enable blood to pass through the consticted channels.

Yes it will increase your blood pressure, egg contains cholestrol, which deposits inside ur blood vessals,thus increasing B.P. please note that only yolk has cholestrol. white is safe.
