I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Hi. For your information, there is no way, you can keep the blood sugar like non diabetes. This is because, Diabetes is an irreversible chronic condition. You can only control it. But for your above mentioned question, if you are able to maintain the blood sugar level, the chances of being blind or amputation is very low. But you need to adhere to your medications, diet and also doctor's advice. Now just let me tell you something to take care of your foot.
ALWAYS CHECK THE FOOT FOR INJURIES OR BLISTERS
KEEP THE TOE NAIL SHORT
WEAR THE SHOES THAT FIT SNUGLY- NOT TOO TIGHT OR TOO LOOSE.
EXERCISE REGULARLY- THIS HELPS TO INCREASED METABOLISM
GO FOR REGULAR CHECK UP TO YOUR DOCTOR. TAKE THE MEDICATIONS REGULARLY AND AT APPRORIATE INTERVALS. HOPE THESE TIPS WILLHELP YOU

with diabetes, the better you keep your blood sugars under control the less likely you are to have the extreme complications. However, this is NO guarantee that complications will not develop. Regular care with a diabetes specialist, eye doctor and podiatrist are essential for good diabetic care.

Constant high blood sugars eventually cause your body to go into a state called diabetc ketoacidosis (DKA), which causes cell damage and evetually the complications you've heard about. Controlling blood sugar with insulin (if you're Type 1) and diet is the best way to stay healthy long term. A good diet is hugely important to this.

Hey Paula, I work with an eye doctor and we constantly see the damage done by uncontrolled BSL. My best advice is to monitor your BSL regularly, see your optometrist every 6-12 months for a DFE (dilated fundus exam), see your regular doctor often for through blood test and see your podiatrist every year. Eating healthy and exercising regularly also helps to keep your BSL under control. Hope this helps for more info go to: diabetes.org. This is the web site for the diabetes association.
