RE:
Pre-diabetes: what are best steps to take for someone with high blood sugar?
My wife is 53, active, healthy-looking, not obese. She has high blood sugar and is trying to control and monitor it through diet and exercise, trying to avoid getting to the insulin stage. She has tried low-carb South Beach approach, but is still above 100 (blood glucose) in the a.m. Are there...

Yes eliminate soda from the diet, avoid starchy food in the am wait until later in the day to have the starch, avoid fruit i the AM have fruit mid to late morning. Try to eat high protein foods in the morning also reduce the amount of fruit juice you have in the morning. This should help. I am a diabetic and these things have helped me to get my fasting glucose at 90 or <90 as it should be when fasting and my glucose 1 hour after meals is between 120 and 145 depending on what I eat and the amount of exercise.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Use the glucose meter more frequently and try to figure out which meals spike more and then change the recipe. Also a half tsp. cinnamon/day helps some reduce a percentage more. If I were you I'd start a hobby of biking or bowling together.

Hi! The carbs to avoid are the simple carbs from starches like bread, pasta, white potatoes and rice. Complex carbs from vegetables are good. I think its good to cut out dairy also - too many hormones and contaminants along with the high pasteurization heat killing the enzymes. I'd try an organic yeast digested chromium like Carbitone and accelerate Stem cell porduction with StemEnhance. Email me and I'll direct you to learning more - bwhit17 at ptd dot net

She has to exercise as well as watching her weight and carbs. She may have to go on meds to help keep sugar down but if she can stay around 100, that is pretty darn good. Wish I could.
