Anal sex exposes participants to hazards of two kinds: infections, due to the high number of infectious microorganisms not found elsewhere on the body, and physical damage to the anus and the rectum due to their vulnerability. An insufficient amount of lubricant can make it especially painful or injurious.

You are very smart to ask for help and question whether it is safe of not because of bacteria in fecal matter and other organismins. Even when you think you have only one partner and are being extremly safe, you can be taking a chance.
Using a condom is good safe sex practice, regardless of which orofice you use. You can still enjoy anal sex, or any other kind of sex just as well. They make the condoms in many different types including ribbed and extra sensitive. You can also try using a dildoe or vibrator in the anal area if you want , one for you and one for your partner and not risk any kind of infection by still using a condom on the vibrator and still have an orgasm and not ruin your fun.

It is much better to not take any chances and using condoms shows that you are a smart and considerate partner as well.
Read one of the sites about anal sex and your risk for getting HIV through ANal sex and using condoms. Good luck.

The anus naturally contains many bacteria. A condom protects against these. You are liable to get an infection if you don't use a condom. I don't understand why you want to do anal sex the first time. Vaginal sex would be more comfortable. If you really want to do anal sex you must use a lubricant like KY jelly. Vaseline is not suitable as it rots condoms. Not using a lubricant would be very uncomfortable, and the condom is likely to tear. I'm not sure why your girlfriend doesn't like condoms. If she has a latex allergy you can buy condoms that aren't made from rubber.

You can occasionally get bacteroides infections in the urethra, but this is not a common cause of urethritis, and is easily treated. Bacteroides is a common fecal bacterium.

If you are talking about male-female sex you should not have vaginal sex after anal sex, as it can introduce bacteria into the vagina and cervix from the bowel, and may be associated with PID (pelvic inflammatory disease).

Of course, just about any STI that can be transmitted through vaginal sex can also be transmitted through anal sex, and this should figure in your decision about whether to use a condom or not.

Not here to judge, just gonna tell you what I know.
I too love anal sex, my husband and I have it ALL the time, BUT there is only one thing to really try and remember, if you do have anal, make sure, before he puts it in your vagina again, that he washes it thoroughly, since fecal matter does have the tendency to spread staph infections. And if that happens you can get very sick.
Have fun and be safe!

Yes, you should be scared for not using condom in anal sex. It does't matte, wheather you have one partine or more than one partner; if you like anal and want to do it, then do it with condom. Anus is basically a pit of bacteria; if you wanto to get into it then protect yourself. You should also protect your passive person; coz you could easily infect him/her through blood as a result of friction.

Enjoy it, but have minimal protection and that is condom.

All the best!/

yes you should use protection when you have anal sex....it is not the fesces matter that you have to worry about.....it is the blood vessels that is in your anus. The blood vessels are easily to break open there and cause bleeding more easily there than anywhere else. You are more opt to catch something from the blood from the anal sex than the fesces.
Use a condomn sweetie....

You can still get STD's around there, like herpies and stuff, so its probally a good idea to wear a condom! BUt if your both checked and clear, and so long as you dont have vaginal penetration before washing his penis after anal cus you can get vaginal infections/urinary tract infections.
