If you're in the US there's only two real wholesalers (Tree of Life and United Nutrition), neither deal with individuals.

IMHO the best way for an individual to get bulk quantities is to talk to your regular local health food store about doing a bulk order for you! I've never seen one turn down a special request for bulk orders (I've done many over the years) and we've never had problems agreeing on a reasonable charge for the order. You can expect to pay the wholesale price plus shipping (in other words the stores cost) and 5-25% markup for the store depending on how large an order you're doing.

Everybody wins this way, you save on the retail price, support your local store and they get some business they'd otherwise lose.

It depends on what kind of food you're talking about exactly. A lot of name brand natural foods would probably not be available to you wholesale unless you have a wholesale license and even then there might be a buy-in or minimum order you need to place. Someplace like Rainbow would be the type of place you'd contact for that kind of order: https://mpwss.mtnpeopleswhs.com/cgi-bin/wwiz.asp?wwizmstr=BRAND.LIST
If a wholesale license or large order is not in the picture, you might talk to your local health food store and ask them if they can offer you a discount if you place a large order for whatever it is you're interested in.
If you're talking about regular natural foods, like bulk grains, a place like AAOOB Foods has BIG quantities of things like beans and grains and they have organic as an option. Of course, buying in big quantities means you save some money, even if you're not a retailer with a wholesale license. http://www.aaoobfoods.com/welcome.html
I'm sure you can find a lot of place if you just google something like "bulk ____"
Good luck!

Well, I was going to say go to Whole Foods. I think they have stores around the country. I have no idea if they sell products in bulk though. You might have to go to their website for that. If you've never been there, it's a huge all organic store. Hope this helps!
