You're going to have to find SOME veggies you like. I learned to like asparagus after I went veg. I learned to like zucchini, if it's cooked right. I can now eat cauliflower in small amounts, but I will never learn to like broccoli. And I love haricot verts and pea pods. Maybe you haven't had your veggies cooked properly.

Make a huge salad with mixed greens (not iceberg lettuce!!), tomatoes, cucumbers, a few chopped fruits, and something crunchy. Eat bean tacos with lettuce and tomato (ever had Chipotle's black bean tacos with fajita veggies? Delicious!). Eat fruits, but be careful because they have a lot of sugar.

How could you make a statement like 'if you don't like a vegetable" ? You don't like any vegetables? What have you been eating? Oh let me guess Big Macs, Taco Bell..once in a while a tv dinner but you throw the green stuff away... Maybe you don't like vegetables because you have never had them cooked in an exciting manner. Your question overwhealms me I don't know what to suggest..

Fruits have many of the same nutrients as vegetables, but should really try to get at least 2 veggies a day. Try a salad of dark greens, you can cover it in dressing and croutons. Try Paul Newman brand baby carrots too, they're very small and sweet.

well you can drink milk cause that has protein and thats good for you or eat fruits like grapes NO JUNK FOODS

Try to keep a stock of corn tortillas on hand.

They taste good, they're good for you, they're low in calories, you can eat them alone, and you can wrap them around just about anything for a quick meal.

Ohhhh why don' t you like veggies? They are so good for you!!! How about mushrooms, potatoes, tomatoes? personally I love mushrooms, zucchinis, onions, garlic, and many many more. :) :) :)
