Yes you can. Transmitting HPV and causing warts in the mouth is rare. If she has an active break out I wouldn't do it until her warts are gone.
Just know that just because HPV is in your system doesn't necessarily mean you have warts. There are tons of different strands of HPV. HPV is a virus that stays latent in your body, your immune system learns to surpress it and clear it.

Just because she has an active wart now doesn't mean she' ALWAYS have the wart...but she'll always have HPV. 3 out of 4 sexually active people have HPV and don't even know it. Only 1 % of men show symptoms which are warts and in most women it clears on it's own or is treated before it becomes cancerous.

Newer research advises to refrain from oral sex until the matter is resolved.

The vaccine may help in preventing oral cancers due to HPV...but the vaccine needs to be given before sex...hopeful soon young males will be included in the HPV vaccine campaign.

Recent studies suggest that there has been a new increase in oral/throat cancers due to the HPV virus.
Not to mention herpes.
