1/2 tablespoon of Ener-G Egg plus 2 tablespoons of water equals one egg. Make sure you mix the egg replacer before you add it to the other ingredients.

Being a former chef and having used egg replacment before in the trade and on my own, a medium egg has a liquid density of 3 oz, for both the yolk and white, so 1 tablespoon would only be 1/3 of and egg, it should be 3 oz whcih in liquid measure is 1/3 cup.

I just bought a box of Ener-G egg replacer and had trouble finding the conversion myself. I think it's on the side of the box. But anyways, it says that one to one and a half tablespoons equals one egg.

I believe it's 1 tablespoon = 1 egg.

I use it often. One and a fourth of a teaspoon mixed with two tablespoons of warm water gives you one egg.

Oh, and my conversion table is at the top left corner on the back of the box.

One and one-thirds of the powder mixed with two tablespoons of water.
Stir it well, making sure all the clumps are gone, and use it right after you mix it.
