well it's not a condiment but.. avocados all mushed up with anything like chives to diced tomatoes is good.. and doesn't have all that chemistry in it from product processing.
also vegan cheeses and other stuff like bacobits... soy bacon..
diced onions... :D
sometimes i use preserves (vegan type) also.. it's amazing what a little mushy fruits will do for meat.
of course lettuce.. always a good additive :D
and if you have the time.. lightly steam an artichoke and mush out the good stuff from it and use that as a spread also.
sometimes i liked using soybutter (it's like peanut butter) he he, gross yes but it has a certain characteristic that is nice... seems to work well with fakey meats.
sometimes i like to use soy bacon and soybutter (not the margarine.. the peanutbutter style butter...) then add a tiny bit of avocado and a very ghostly existance of chives it's amazing!

I eat veggie burgers all the time and love them. I like them better than beef burgers. I use brown mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, romane lettuce, vidalia onion and veggie cheese slices. These are fantastic!

I hate veggie burgers with a deep passion but I actually eat them during Lent by putting a little bit of hollandaise sauce on it.
Also look up the leading sauces for hollandaise and make another sauce from it.
Depending what type of veggies your burger is made from you can find a wide variety of sauces to complement it.
Try a Bearnaise sauce, it is hollandaise made with Tarragon and white wine.

Do you mean veggie burgers made with veggies or the soy ones? With veggie ones, I use lettuce, tomato and some mayo usually . With the soy ones, I use one or more of the following: Ketchup, mustard, pickle chips, lettuce, tomato, onions.

I just usually use what I used to eat on my meat burgers: mustard, ketchup, onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles (soy) cheese. I do that for the pre-made ones.
The ones I make myself, I like to season them with cumin, garlic powder and chili powder. After I cook them, I put some salsa on top for a nice tex-mex bite. It's pretty good.

I like my veggie burgers with ketchup, mustard and veganaise. You can also use dijon or spicy brown mustard in place of regular mustard. It gives it a little tang. I also love avacado spread on my veg burgers.

Herb mayo... I like to take mayo, mustard, and basil and mix it all together, then rub it on top. It is delicious.
