Personally, I think that just being invited is favor enough.
You didn't say if the party was for you or someone else; strangers aren't going to know your or their likes and dislikes. Also, you didn't specify whether the party is being held in Hollywood, or if it's a Hollywood-themed party.
Nevertheless, here are a few potshots: A CD or MP3 containing a few of your favorite songs to give to your guests? (please, let's keep mention of copyright laws out of a kids party, okay?) Or, buy cheapo, throw-away cameras? Gift certificates to "the gang's" favorite fast-food place?
How about having the party at a bowling or tennis center? Most such places offer discounts if you have the entire party there. To keep it lively and fun, everyone could switch partners/opponents after every three bowling frames or tennis games. Then, you wouldn't have to buy favors, at all! And the parents would probably appreciate the exercise angle!
These things might not be all that cheap in the long run, but they may make your party memorable! Of course, if your friends have to be bribed, then they aren't very good friends, are they? (parental-style advice stopping now!) ;)

If Lindsay or Brittany is coming you might consider free taxi vouchers to protect your neighbors cars and trees...
But seriously, is it themed with a particular movie, style of movie, actor, any such thing that could help you center your ideas?
Maybe if you have time and are creative on the computer you can make little programs that look like the hollywood or teen mags and feature cute little snipet stories of your guests with their pictures. Don't get too personal or reveal anything that would be considered private but it could be fun for them to see themselves in your own little hollywood book. Golden movie ticket stubs folded into treat cups. Cheap sunglasses so your guests won't be recognized.
Might also consider buying a couple little toy trophies and making them Blondies Awards or use your real name in place of blondies. I just used your screen name for an example. Give them out for special treats throughout the party for winning games or whatever.
Have some fun with it.

Use some cheap gold and silver beaded necklaces and rings, add some sparkles to the bags to, and mabey like an award typed on a piece of paper like best actress award and stick that in to as a surprise for your friends. Add some sequenses and some fabric so they can desing there own mini out fit. Hope I helped! :) Happy Birthday!

Some sun glasses to avoid paparrazi : ) . Disposable cameras that everyone can take pictures (and be the paparrazi) then there will be a variety of people in them.

applicable dressed, actual. applicable hair? applicable makeup? video games: you're able to do issues that require expertise...? Like DDR (and have a applicable Dancer Award to pass alongside with it lol) and Sing megastar or purely making a music devoid of mechanical instruments lol (applicable Singer Award), issues like that. :) have exciting!

Make out of construction paper of different colors and cut them like tickets for a show!
And make them look real with markers, print details - showtime and different movie titles.
