When i was 11, when i used to run about i found it hard to breathe and i hardly could breathe properly for about 1-2Minutes. Then when i was 12, 13 it didnt happen much so i didnt tell my mum about it. But the last week its happened everyday and its getting longer now around 4-5 Minutes. Sometimes i have to force a yawn just so i can breathe. Should i tell my mum about it? Anyone think they no what might be causing it? Or will it go away?

There is no room for you to shy away the problem, especially from your dear mom. Besides consulting a doctor, practice breathing exercise every day. You should be alright in due course but don't hide or ignore the problem out of shyness from your family!

You really need to tell your parents. I had a problem breathing and when I went to the Dr. I found that I had walking pneumonia. Your condition could be really serious and the sooner you tell your parents and go to the doctor, the better. I don't want to scare you but pneumonia can be life threatening. TELL YOUR PARENTS AND SEE A DR. ASAP!
