No you can't have AIDS just because she on her periods.

Except she had AIDS. AIDS causing by HIV, spread by sex. So, if she had AIDS and you had sex with her without protection, while she on her period or not, you gonna get HIV too.

Are you saying having sex with a woman that has AIDS on her period will cause you to have it? Most definitely it will if you're not using protection like condoms.
But if you're asking if having sex with a woman who doesn't have AIDs to begin with, on her period.. then the answer is NO. You will not get AIDs from a woman who doesn't have AIDs. But you certainly can give it to her if you yourself have the virus.

So if you aren't sure whether you or the person you're having sex with has an STD, I suggest using condoms or not have sex at all.

If the female already does have aids or if you have aids, yes having sex will spread it. If neither parties have aids period blood will not spread it, it is just a little messy during sex.

Unless she has aids you can get it but, if neither of you has aids I wouldn't worry. It doesn't cause aids. I suggest you go to the nearest health department or library and find out what causes aids or other STD's. you seem to have no knowledge of std's, you'd better find out before it's to late.

In the second place, so you have to have sex while she has her periods, this is unhealthy, and gross. Mutual masturbation would be better then this mess.

If she has AIDS, it isn't going to matter if she's on her period or not. The disease can still be passed through bodily fluids other than blood. If she doesn't have AIDS, then sex isn't going to magically manufacture it.

One partner must have AIDS for the other partner to get HIV/AIDS. A woman having her period, by itself, will not cause AIDS.
Always wear a condom and remember that only abstinence is TOTALLY safe.
