Is it normal to have a blood glucose level (in mmol/L) of around 7.0? Sometimes it goes down to 2.0-3.0, but I've only been measuring it for 2 days, and this is while I'm on holiday, relaxing and having plenty of food.

I don't know if I'm diabetic or not, I have to do more tests, but wanted to also monitor myself while waiting...

Your BGL should sit around 4.0. It will go up if you have just eaten a big meal or something really sugary but it should not exceed 10 mmol/L. It can go bellow 4.0 if you have not eaten enough but this is not good as if it gets too low it is dangerous.

Don't stress over it. Just relax while you are waiting to speak with your doctor. Make sure you are eating regular healthy meals at roughly the same times each day. This will allow you to monitor yourself more accuratly and it will be better for you.

I care for diabetics and the BGL can be extreamly irratic ranging from 1.0 - 30+

My son has Diabetes#1 and my mother has diabetes#2. Normal blood sugar levels for an adult should be between 4.0 to 10.0. If your blood sugar shows less than 4.0 you need to have it elevated by half cup of pure fruit juice, or if you prefer you could have 3/4cup of a soda pop(Pepsi or coke), or something that gets in your blood fast like even 2 tablespoons of bought icing. If you don't take 1 of these when ur under 4.0 you can either pass out or feel weak or more tired than usual (even if you're not considered diabetic). If when you're OVER 10.0 it would be good to drink a cup of water or 2 cups, and if your alot over 10.0 it would be good if you can do a 5 to 10 minute brisk walk (this should bring your blood sugar down)

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
