While the HIV risk is much less than anal or vaginal sexual intercourse, it is possible for you to become infected with HIV while performing oral sex. There have been a few cases of HIV transmission from performing oral sex on a person infected with HIV. While no one knows exactly what the degree of risk is, evidence suggests that the risk is much less than that of unprotected anal or vaginal sex.

Without protection you do run the risk of getting HIV from a woman who has it. They say you'd have to exchange enough saliva with a person that has HIV to fill an entire pool before you'd run the risk of contracting it.. but if the person has a sore in her mouth, and you do also, the risk goes wayy way way up.
So think of it this way, if the woman is ~sucking~ and her gums start to bleed or something, you're running a hell of a risk there. It takes less than a drop of blood to infect someone if it gets into the right place (the porous tissues of the inside of your penis)
Unless you plan to be with a woman for a very long time, please use condoms. We don't need anymore people out there spreading this stuff around
