Heyy; well, this Friday I am going to have a sleepover with a couple of friends, we are going to watch High School Musical 2, but its not really a themed party. I can not come up with what to have for dinner, I love pizza, but im sick & tired of pizza every time there is a sleepover, although it is a must, I want a change. haha. I know, whats wrong with me? Who the heck dosint want pizza? haha, anyways, What should I make instead?? It has to be something good and partly easy to cook. Need Help soon, cause my mom is going to go to the store tomorrow.
Thankz.

Though pizza may seem old at times, how about this:
A Make Your Own Pizza Party?
Everyone starts off will a base of dough (which you can buy at any pizza place (just ask)).
And you buy an assortment of different topping, like mozzerella cheese, tomato sauce, and even pepperoni, and tomato slices, and goat cheese, and steak, chicken, and cooked pasta.
And whatever other toppings you like!
Pre stretch all of their doughs, and have fun putting on toppings!
The pizzas will bake while you watch the movie. (They should bake at 500 degrees for 5-9 minutes)
Then your mom could bring the pizzas to you.
And you have a party.
(Also some chips wouldn't be a bad idea.)

A few good ideas......pick up some hoagie rolls and a bunch of different deli meats and cheeses at the deli....everyone can make their own subs. Get some frozen TGIF appetizers.....who says you need to have a big dinner? Sometimes the appetizers are the best part anyway. Maybe do pizza, but do it a bit different. Get som pita bread, pizza sauce and various pizza toppings. Everyone can make their own pizza the way they like it.

Walking Tacos are fun to eat.
All you need is those mini-sized bags of either Doritos (nacho flavor) or Fritos chips. Have your mom brown some hamburger and add the taco seasoning. Kinda crush the bag a little bit so the chips break up some. Cut off one long end of the chip bag. Spoon in some meat into the bag. Add lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese or whatever else you want.

Have mommy go to one of the chicken restaurants and order one of of those 20, 25, 50 piece hot wings and fries catering trays. If not tell everyone to make a dish and bring it to the sleepover and that way there will be a variety of things to eat. Or do the sub sandwiches.

how about making your own pizza? you could make bbq chicken pizza by using bbq sauce instead of tomato sauce and topping with cheese and cooked chicken.
how about a hawaiian pizza? add 2 tbsp of pinapple juice to your tomato sauce and top pizza with diced ham and pinapples.
what about a white pizza? use alfredo sauce instead of tomato and top with cheese and garlic powder, even ricotta cheese. add chicken slices for extra heartiness.
other dishes that are easy to make: taco's (ground beef + taco shells + lettuce and sour cream), spaghetti, chicken lo mein (1 box of noodles + 1 pack of lo-mein mix from the 'ethnic' section of the store, 1 bag frozen veggies + chicken slices).
OR since the sleep over is to watch high school musical just have movie theater food: nachos, hot dogs, pop corn and lots of candy!

Buy a variety pak of chips, some bread (wheat, white, sub rolls), mayo, mustard, and a variety of deli meat and cheese, slice up onions, pickles, tomatoes and let everyone make their own sandwiches for dinner. Buy fun soda- like grape and orange or root beer.
Have fun!

Skip it all together and get boxes of frozen appetizers. Mini pizzas, taquitos, quiches, pigs in a blanket, etc. It's fun finger food that you can make all night long, without getting too full or having big boxes all over the place.

Tacos are always fun. Do hard and soft, with beef and chicken. Make a do it yourself taco bar with lots of toppings. Also do different dips and chips. There are lots to choose from now, especially the blue corn chips.

I would either have everyone bring an appetizer type dish, so you have a fun variety, or how about Mexican. You could either do tacos which can be prepped ahead of time and then everyone builds their own. Or you could make an enchilada casserole. They can be prepared ahead of time, and then you could have chips and dip. It would be fun to build your own sundaes for dessert.
