Hang on to it, until it expires anyway.
I used Aldara cream when I had genital warts a year and 1/2 ago and I had a few extra packets that I held on to. About 6 months later my fiance developed genital warts and I was glad I held on to those extra packets!
I highly doubt anyone will buy it from you. Just hold on to it in case you get genital warts again. It's estimated as much as 50% of people who have had genital warts and had them treated will develop them again. Take care!
