if when you go for your appointment to get tested for it, you have all of the symptoms, but your blood sugar level is really low? Also i was told that hypoglycemia is a sign of diabetes, is that true?

Low sugars can be sign of diabetic bounce, but really, there is no definitive test other than actually measuring a high level. You should have an HBA1C test done and it will tell what your average blood sugar reading is. That is a good indicator. They also might do a glucose tolerance test (GTT) and that will tell you without any doubts.

yes they would know and would tell you. not if your blood sugar is low could be hypoglycemia. yes that is true its just another form of diabetics.
