Is there any way to put make up on food. to get a better quality picture??? or any ideas.

Nature's decorating does pretty good, like fresh parsley or cilantro, cheese decoratively sprinkled, arrangement, things like that. For one step further you can use cream instead of milk or even Elmer's glue in the milk to give it that creamy look for cereal. And food stylists also use spray shellac for foods they'd like to stay shiny. Of course they're non-edible now, but they take a great photo.

Use a powder make-up and brush it on. If you can't find the right color in make-up, use a dry powder art paint.
