I need a chart with numbers, so I know if a certain number is high and so forth. Thanks.

they said 124 and mildly elevated. what does this mean? I need a chart so I know. thanks!

when checking your blood if its over 100 its not good most doctors will tell you though 115 to 150 is ok but boderline. but let me tell you this is not right you need to be taking meds for sugar diabetes cause you hve it if it over 100. whether they call it borderline or whatever anything over 100 is runing your functions and that is what that disease does. if you find good specialist hang on to him. you want to be between 74 and 100 and that is good.

Normal blood sugar varies from person to person, but here is a general guideline for you.
FASTING
Normal 70-110mg/dL (3.9-6.1 mmol/L)
AFTER MEALS (1-2 Hours)
Below 120 mg/dL (6.7 mmol/L)

If your blood sugar is over 240 mg/dL, you should contact your doctor.
