I love to bake but now I dont because I dont want to entice my husband with stuff he shouldnt be eating.
Having 3 lil ones who crave sweets is a scary thing I want them to have sweets occasionaly but now need something that wont affect them also. What recipes are out there that my hubby and kids can benefit from. Thanks to all who respond.

My wife made me some sugar free jello with yogurt mixed in. Of course we topped it off with sugar free cool whip! (I am allowed a small amount of sugar, so I can have the fruit yogurt, just not a lot of it.)

You evidently can use any flavors of jello and yogurt, so have fun mixing and matching.

I have also been finding that the newer sugar free chocolates are getting better. They don't taste like plastic any more. I have been going for a few of the coconut bars or the "turtles" that have a bit of caramel (my used-to-be favorite!).

There are some newer recipes coming out for the sugar substitute called "Splenda". Try getting a box, I believe they have some instructions on how to substitute in some regular recipes.

Lastly, our grocery store bakery has begun carrying sugar free cookies (and occasional other things like pies). I like the bakery ones much better than the goofy little pre-packaged ones.

No birthday cakes or cupcakes, yet, but I have been asking them to investigate.

Oh, do read labels. There are some that say "No Sugar Added". They are OK for folks who can have a small amount of sugar, as there is always the natural sugar found in the fruit fillings, etc.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

My mom always makes me "Triple-layer Party Pie"

Get a graham cracker pie crust and his 2 favorite flavors of sugar-free pudding mix. You also need some light cool-whip and a tablespoon of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips.

Mix the two pudding mixes separately, using 1/2 the milk you normally would. (I like chocolate and butterscotch). Let the pudding set the way you normally would. When the pudding is set, fill 1/2 the pie shell with one flavor and then top with the other flavor. Put a layer of light cool-whip on top of the puddings and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let the pie chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

This pie is delicious, and the kids can help you make it!
