We are throwing my sister a surprise 16th birthday with about 60 guests. It is a backyard tropical themed party.

Well...we kidnapped our friend, put a burlap bag over her head, and drove around town for about 15 minutes so she had no idea where we were, though we were heading out of town (just drove around the neighborhood long enough for people to get into place) took her out of the car and smack dab in the middle of everyone (hazed her a little) then made her think we left her, she took off the sack, only to be surrounded by 50 family and friends screaming Happy Birthday...

If she is coming through a gate, make a wall full of helium balloons she has to pass through. Keep the tallest one just under the height of the fence.
