Im 13 years old and im a vegetarian. I weigh 115 pounds and i need to tone my stomach and get rid of love handles. What do i eat? How do i excersise?

you are so young and should not be worried about diet.
The media is what is influencing you
At your age, you should do what you want and enjoy life.
When you get into your 20s maybe diet.

It may not be what you need to eat but what you don't need to eat. Make health choices, fresh not fried. Water, not soda. Simple changes and just being more active will probably surprise you. Check out the sight below for more helpful tips.

Hey sweetheart u don ve 2 worry bout ur weight.
Its good 2 put some weight at ur age.
But if u still want 2 burn calories, jus follow ur normal diet n try 2 consume less oily food.

so your a vegatarian? i hope your not just to lose weight. ummm.... stop eating all the junk food and crap and pick up some grapes or an apple every once in a while.
and drink water.

just excercise and eat right.. thats all you should do at your age.
