Id love to know what kind of recipes you cook. I've recently become a Vegan and don't really have much of an imagination. I like indian food and chinese food. Preferably not including soya milk.

Thanks =)

Hi Kat!

After years and years of being a successful Vegan, I realized that I was really sick and tired of preparing recipes. So I figured out the secret to making vegan food WITHOUT recipes and have decided to share the info with all my fellow Vegans or wanna-be's. Life in the kitchen is just soooo much easier and more fun now.

Please follow the link below to visit my site to see what I'm talking about. I've been getting a lot of positive feedback from my visitors -- I think you'll enjoy learning how to create EASY vegan food that matches your taste buds perfectly. It's still a work in progress, but it's off to a good start.

Use the site's Contact Form if you have any specific questions I can help you with. I generally answer these questions in my (free) newsletter, so sign up for that while you're at it.

Congratulations on making the switch to Vegan. You're going to love it. ;O)

Check out www.vegweb.com.

And get Sarah Kramer's cookbooks, How it All Vegan!, The Garden of Vegan, and La Dolce Vegan.

If you like Chinese food, just chop up a bunch of veggies, cut up some tofu, tempeh, or seitan, and fry them up in a bottled sauce.

Try fried bananas or grilled eggplant. I take a large eggplant and peal it and them cut in 1" wedges. I put on a hot stove to grill coated with light oil. The eggplant is turned once our twice until it is golden brown on both side. The eggplant will start to carmelize. I then put salsa and a dollop of sour cream.

It is very simple to make and very pleasing. The eggplant has a lecture of meat. You can skip the sour cream if it is not in your diet.

Bananas can be fried in butter. If you can get them the pantains are the best but regular bananas when they are not brown yet only are green will fry real well.

Place in pan with some butter or oil. Keep the heat low so they wont burn. Brown on both sides. You can add a few tablespoons of sugar if you want a syrup if not eat them like a side dish. They are excellent.
