Research... strip clubs? Why not just go?
Seems like this is becoming a science project when it doesn't need to be.
If you're on a budget, look at drink minimum and cover.
Music and hours... not a big deal. You're not going for the music and all should close at the same time, especially if they serve alcohol.
There's a site on the internet that rates strip clubs across the country... I don't remember the name of the website, but you can probably find it doing a search.

Cover charge, drink minimum, call police station and ask how often they get a call out there. Manditory tipping if you sit at the stage?

You should probably also consider a psychological evaluation to discuss the need to see nasty naked women grinding on a pole...just a thought.
