What is it and from what country did you try it in? Even if it was just one time from overseas and could never find it again. I would love to know ^.^*

It has to be Gambas Pil Pil from Spain and its sooo easy to cook

heat lots of oil in a oven proof dish with about 7 cloves of sliced garlic, a squeeze of tom puree and a pinch of salt and 1 dried birds eye chilli, head it until the garlic is about 2 mins of being ready then add some big fat juicy cooked prawns (if uncooked add a little earlier) for a few min's till warm and then serve with crusty bread to mob up all the oil - going to have this for tea tonight hmmm

I had this heavenly chicken prepared by a family from pakistan it was orange with thick sauce and wonderfully spicy.

Before that i had my first taste of pazole at a birthday party in So. Cal. had to teach myself how to make it and now I make it for my family a couple of times a year.

Large Cream Puffs in Amsterdam. They were so great. I dream of them often. And I can't wait until I go back there so I can eat some more of them. Unfortunately I live 3000 Miles away from them.

I like a basic chicken parmesan, noodles, and covered in a tomato spicy sauce. It is so good and inexpensive. I first tried it at my mom's house and wow! I like simple stuff like that. I don't need to get so complicated with food. I like stuff short and to the point.

The schnitzel my husband makes - no kidding. He's from Eastern Europe, and it's mouthwatering - though I can only get him to make it a few times a year!
Other than that - perogies and cabbage rolls.
