I had pneumonia when I was 22 but it was after I had the flu. My sister, who has allergies and asthma, had pneumonia multiple times throughout her childhood.

Ive gotton walking pneumonia twice so i guess it depends on your body and imune system but i was told that the more damage to the lungss the worse they get dont know if thats true.

A healthy young adult should never get pneumonia! There are inoculations to prevent this disease. See your doctor.

Depends on if they have multiple allergies and live without medications in a place where those allergies are always active. I had pneumonia several times while growing up, and it was always due to "backup" mucous from untreated allergies....

No healthy person should get Pneumonia.
many a times it's a complication of untreated cold. few persons will have tendency with family history of Diabetes and TB.

i think its very much often..
this is because young adults tends to have shower/bathe at night that might result pneumonia in long run
