I'm about to turn 21 and i want to rent out a place for about 50 people. but not all of them are 21 but they have to be at the party.this party is going to beheld in san jose so i need something in the southbay at least. i want to rent the place out for the night. i also dont want any interruptions throughout the night, such as police showing up. does anyone have any answers for me?

Contact your local Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge, American Legion or VFW, they often rent their rooms by the evening and will have a cash bar where the bartender will be able to card the ones that are not 21.

If you get a room in a hotel then you will most likely be thrown off the premises. You need to rent a hall, like a K of C hall or some other smaller type venue. One that won't ask questions

Contact a hotel, and use one of their conference rooms.
Unless there's going to be drinking, and then you really should go to Tijuana, since you're so close anyway.
