Most gum is fine, but some (Icebreakers is one I can think of off hand) have gelatin in them.

Gelatin, used to thicken processed foods, is usually of animal origin, the product from boiling down bones and cartilage. It’s found in gelatin desserts, yogurt, candies and sugar-coated cereals.

I think some kinds do, they use animal parts to make jello and different kinds of substance like that...so I would think there is a good chance.
