Cardiovascular type exercises are the best to raise your heart rate. But be careful as to how high you raise it. There are rules of thumb for such types of exercises to be sure that you do no harm to yourself. Log onto a good exercise website and they should have the correct maximum heart rate and cardioid heart rate for your age.
I hope this helps.

Obesity doesn't cause low blood pressure. I have a slow heart rate normally. This has been a lifelong condition. My heart rate is around 50 beats per minute. My blood pressure is on the high side of normal and I am obese. Its the same now as it was 25 years ago when I was in my 20's, weighed in at 118 and my heart rate was 50 bpm. (but) you raise your heart rate by exercising, but that is temporary. When you rest, your heart rate will gradually return to your normal resting heart rate.

Stress and fear will do the job nicely. The "fight or flight" situation will get the adrenaline going and boost your heart rate to double normal or more. Then there is sex. But I guess that would qualify as a form of exercise.
