I am not sure of any that cause pelvic pains. My guess is you are pregnant. And if you are a guy, then it makes the story even more interesting.

actually most of them can if they are in a late stage, chlamydia, gonnarrhea or they can lead to PID(pelvic inflammatory disease). UTI's can also cause some abdominal discomfort.
the only thing you can do is go to the doctor if you are uninsured or underage then try somewhere like planned parenthood.

YES IT SOUNDS YOU HAVE THE SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE , AND IT IS REALLY INFECTING INSIDE YOU AS YOUR SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS MANIFEST PLUS THE FACT THAT YOU ARE ANXIUOS OR NERVOUS ABOUT IT , IT MAY INDICATE ALSO SOME FUNGAL INFECTIONS .. YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR GYNECOLOGIST URGENTLY FOR POSSIBLE SWAB OR EVEN ULTRASOUND TO DETECT ANY EXTENSIVE INJURIES , AND AT THE SAME TIME TO RELEIVE YOUR FEARS AND ANXIETY WHICH REALLY TRIGGERS YOUR SYMPTOMS
