You can try Subways ( I recommend either a veggie sub or a veggie pattie sub), Qdoba (they have excellent veggie burritos and tacos), Chili's (quesadilla (sp?) explosion salad is good, or the veggie burger), Burger King (not so great, but they have veggie patties), or Olive Garden (excellent minestrone soup, salad, and pasta). I hope that helps.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I live with one.
It's important when you're out to ask what they have that is vegetarian. Meat and animal products are in a lot of stuff - marshmallows, for example, have bone meal in them. Broth or seasoning made with meat is put into a lot of things you wouldn't suspect (french fries sometimes).
That said, most places you go you can get something that is vegetarian. Just ask!

i use www.happycow.net to find vegetarian/vegan restaurants and healthfood stores anywhere. i live in kalamazoo, mi, which is not very veg friendly, but go out of town a lot and have been able to find amazing places in grand rapids, ann arbor, detroit and chicago. chicago has a huge amount of veg*n restaurants. i've been to the chicago diner and soul vegetarian east and they are so incredibly amazing. in a week, i'm driving across the country to california and because of that blessing of a site, i have a huge list of options to choose from. i'm also hoping to move to somewhere like portland, or, which is the most veg-friendly city in the united states, doesn't have sales tax and the cost of living is more affordable than most metropolitan areas.
i'd never really eat at taco bell because there's always bound to be traces of meat in anything - they handle meat then handle so-called "veg*n" foods. . ."veg*n" foods are cooked in the same oil/prepared on the same surface as everything else, etc. . .anyway, you should definitely check out that site. it is ever resourceful.

Panda Express is not suitable for veg*ans. They put chicken broth in everything but the steamed rice.
Chipotle's black beans are vegan. Avoid the pinto beans, as htey have pork. All the salsas at Chipotle are vegan, as are the tortillas.
Chevy's is also fairly veg friendly--if you contact them, they will send you a nutrition information PDF.
