It feels weird when I breathe...I don't have a hard time breathing, it's just that it feels funny. 2 months ago I used to feel rattling in my chest when I breathed but I erradicated that problem when I coughed it up while I was eating. Now...I just have a funny feeling sometimes when I breathe. Is it normal or is this the beginning of a serious problem and can I improve my breathing in anyway? And if it's with exercise does marching in a marching band count as exercise?

Walking, is a great way to increase your breathing. It is hard at first but as you progress it will become easier. It strengthens your lungs. A friend of mine started walking tho he
has emphysema. He is so much better now.

Sweety go to the dr., what you described is undiadnosed asthma. I have it and used to feel that way when I didn't know what it was. It is very serious; go to the ER if you are having trouble breathing they will know exactly what to do; don't wait people have waited too long and have died from this.

nicely one element is being in shape. needless to say in case you at the instant are not in shape your respiratory would be heavier. yet some issues you're able to do which will help is purely concentration on your respiratory. attempt and calm your self down and sluggish it up...in case you breathe in via your nostril and out via your mouth it is going to help. regardless of the undeniable fact that, in case you're respiratory extremely troublesome and you will't even try this then purely concentration on taking massive deep breathes.
