There are low crab diet breads that you can get both rye and whole wheat they are sliced very thin so keep an eye on it as you toast it.About 65 calories in 2 thin slices of Thomas's thin sliced bread...as for the honey 1 tablespoon is 60 calories. Hope this helps you out.

A slice of bread normally can range from 70 to 110 calories and a tablespoon of honey is about 65 calories. Edit: White dairy free bread, ok.... store bought or home-made? Store bought starts down around 70 calories per slice... home-made can be up to about 165 calories for a slice that is 1/12 of a bread machine sized loaf. My original information as to calorie content of bread was based on store bought pre-sliced bread.

haha, there are calories in bread. Usually 80-120 calories in each slice depending on brand and type, then there are 60 calories in one tablespoon of honey.
