I went to an Indian restaraunt once where there was an open buffet. So whatever looked good to me, I tried it.....and everything tasted fantastic!

But I don't remember the names of anything!!!
Does anybody know of a website that has the names of different Indian foods along with good descriptions of what they are?

I'd love to order some Indian food tonight but have no idea what to ask for over the phone.
The only thing I remeber by name is, "Nan".
Please help!!!

Naan is that delicious bread that's cooked on the side of the Tandori oven. Go to http://www.cuisinecuisine.com/HomePage.htm - there are a lot of great recipes and explanations of the various spices. My favorite is Murgh Masalam http://www.cuisinecuisine.com/Murgh%20Masalam.htm along with Jeera Rice http://www.cuisinecuisine.com/JeeraRice.htm

It's "naan" just so you know ;-).

Then go to www. bawarchi.com (its an Indian cooking recipe place).

If you remember what kind of meat or vegetables you ate, it'll be easy to search through that site.
