Ghirardelli dark chocolate, individually-wrapped squares. I have eaten myself sick on these, and come back for more.
Also, Godiva dark chocolate raspberry truffles. A buck eighty each, and worth every penny.
Pretty much, eating any commerical chocolate (Hershey's, et al) is like eating brown wax. Totally flavorless.

I like peant butter fudge real well too.
Candy bar chocolate.. either the bite size Reeses or the Cadbury fruit and nut bar.

Voges, out of Chicago. Weird herbs and spices blended with chocolate to create some bizarre but unbelievably yummy truffles.

I love milk chocolate. I won't touch dark or white, but semi-sweet is okay in cookies and cakes.
