It comes from a reference in the Bible...
In Revelations the 11th hour refers to there being very little time before Armageddon.

It's kinda like realizing there's only an hour left to live.
It's a good tactic to use for another propaganda movie based on lies. I doubt people are dumb enough to buy into another climate change hysteria movie, but you never know.
Since DiCaprio is behind it, it must be full of falsehoods. Too bad we can't trust these morons anymore to just make a decent movie without trying to get across some bogus agenda.
