Maybe you could roast a baby pig as they would at a luau since that kind of has a baby tie-in.

I don't know what's a luau, but if you want a cool game for a baby shower I'll tell you one that was played at my cousins shower, find little pacifiers and put color strings around them (if it's a boy blue, light green etc if it's a girl use pink, purple etc) and have your guest wear 5-10 around there necks know the rule to this game is that your not allowed to say the word baby AT ALL, and if you do then who ever heard you say it get to take one pacifiers away from you by the end of the shower who ever has the most pacifiers wins a gift such as a gift certificate.
Another game you can play, get a baby doll and a diaper, whoever changes the diaper the fastes wins. (you can bind fold the person if you like)

A friend just gave a shower and she had the "pooper diaper game" where you buy different kinds of chocolate candy bars, put half into a diaper, put it in the microwave and let the candy bar melt and then pass all the diapers around and everyone has to smell and guess what candy bar each one is, it helps to number the diapers. Anyway, everyone keeps a list of what they are guessing and the one with the most wins.

Just a thought but you should do a game of limbo and maybe have the women put pillows under their shirts or something of the sort.

You could have a belly dancer come in and teach everyone how to belly dance or hula.

You could use do a diaper race on a coconut.
