I used to get muscle cramps from Metformin. The only med that you listed that Im was on was Lisinopril. I beleive that was for blood pressure and had awful side effects. Made me cough constantly, cramp, and can cause ED.

If you have diabetes you should not take the medicine they give

i know that one that does isn't what you are taking but doctor can help you with that. so go and check it out thee are meds that do do that also
