If you go to a local Japanese sushi restaurant and ask the chef where you can get one of those mats, he'll be able to tell you where they get them. Heck, he may even give you one.
Then you'll have the same kind that the pros use.

u can buy at a local japanese store...oh but if u went to Royal Oak, MI there is a store there called Noble Fish. there's a sushi bar there which is deelish and they also sell suhi cooking supplies...but i don't kno if ur in michigan! lol

Try Pier One Imports. They have some very nice ones in our store. Also if you have a Tuesday Morning's they also carry them. If not, sometimes you can order them from a catalogue like JC Penney's.

well it depends where you are, here in the philippines, we can buy it in our local department stores, in the houseware/kitchenware sections. it's like less than PhP 50.00 or roughly less then a dollar.
the best way for you to go is the japanese store. hope i was of a little help! ü
