affects so much.and many factors all involved,
Ask for a referral from your primary care doctor and also may I suggest this book aging with growing older by Judy McFarland
There are some wonderful,sound chapters on health and nutrition. As we age so many systems in our body can shall we say get a a little off balance.
Fight it healthy and smart.
Thyroid. stress. some high blood pressure med.
Hormone in balances.
One needs testing for sure by a MEDICAL professional
Do it now while there is still Hope and hair left.
