I don't know what to label you other than a meat eater.
birds and fish are meat...
Most of us hate the (insert meat-y italian root here)- arian words. Since it blurs the line between meat-eater and vegetarian...

OMGGGG why do people who eat a type of animal want to have a "name" just because you LIMIT the animals you choose to eat..you are still eating animals no matter how big or small!!//, therefore you are NOT a VEGETARIAN, you are a picky MEAT-EATER, THE END.

You would be an omnivore. Eating meat in any form is the same-just eliminating red meat does not designate any difference in eating habits. Pescatarians eat fish and seafood, but no beef, pork, chicken or other poultry.

You're just a healthier version of an omnivore.
If you want a label join a cult or be emo.

there isn't a name for it. in order to be classified as any type of vegetarian, your diet can not contain meat. just search "vegetarian definitions", and you will get a llist of websites that will break down the other classifications for you.

It's not technically a 'vegetarian'.
However the term they use is a 'pesco-pollo vegetarian'
meaning you eat pesco (fish) and pollo (poultry- mostly applies to chicken).
I think it's just easier to explain that you don't eat red meat or pork :D
