hopefully everyone but me knows what tvp is so u get some real answers

TVP (total vegetable protein) is made from soy flour after the soybean oil has been extracted, then cooked under pressure, extruded, and dried . But I think that would be very difficult to do on your own. But good luck.

TVP is texturized vegetable protein.

Is there a reason you can't just buy it?
