this just doesnt make sence to me to have to get a docters visit, you can buy yeast infection medicine over the counter, it seems simple to me to be able to buy something, the world needs to come to this

Sorry, no. BV is usually treated with Flagyl (metronidazole). In most parts of the world, you need a Rx to buy it. Try Planned Parenthood or your local public health clinic. They will either charge you a low sliding-scale fee, or treat you free of charge.

BTW, if you use vaginal douche, quit now. Vaginal douches will aggravate BV and make it spread upward into the reproductive tract. This can result in pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) if left untreated. PID can cause permanent infertility.

DEEDEE: Monistat and GyneLotrimin are ANTI-FUNGAL medications. BV is BACTERIAL. You cannot treat BV with those drugs you listed.

cause there are so many types of bacterial infections and they have to see which you have and to do this they have to do a female checkup its a pain in the azz but thats what they do if its yeast then you can buy it but if you need a antiobitc then they have to prebs one.
