Moderation shmoderation.....

don't you think if its bad for you that you should just stay away from it all together?
(^ the question, cant say i didn't ask one)

its like doing coke, but its ok, because its in moderation.

both harmful to the body, one just causes death a little faster.
or what about weed. lets do weed in moderation (although it seems weed is healthier than a lot of junk food out there)

starting thinking for yourselves people.

why do you think wheat is good for you? "because the people on tv say so"
or maybe someone says "i have talked to a dietitian"
hmm well... apparently not enough because if you did you would realize that they all disagree with each other. i called 7 dietitians in around the general area, each very different disagreeing on very important and controversial subjects. some said wheat and dairy where not necessary at all, but would not harm you, some said they were good for you and another said over time it can cause harm

Moderation is the key to everything in life. Too much of a good thing, turns out to be too much, for various reasons. And too much of a bad thing can be deadly. So yes, I believe in moderation.

the quick lane existence is greater appropriate moderately. you do not get burnt out so rapid and you undergo in techniques those little information in existence that easily count selection. Love moderately is greater appropriate than rapid and livid. working moderately will keep your knees. Why burn out rapid once you circulate moderately you may rejoice with the experience/factors of interest.

simple answer for a great question

**** what people tell you...like the girl said, THINK FOR YOURSELF!!!

when you off and die do you want to have known that you spent your life doing what people told you was right and wrong like you are 5? NO! go out, have fun, and just dont be an idiot!!

you can drink/do drugs NOT in moderation and sometimes pay for it but just cuz its not "in moderation" doesnt mean death...it could mean a bad hangover or just a lil ****** up one night but perfectly fine the next! and u had a great time!!

**** moderation, only thing that holds me back is when i actually THINK before i act and live life!

keep posting some good questions like this one...love it

Depends what we're talking about. Is a little bit of racism ok? Is sexism ok on some days? Is supporting an industry that is torturing animals, destroying this planet and our health acceptable “in moderation"?

Wrong in moderation is still wrong. But hey, even idiots have free will.

There are some things that are bad no matter how little of it you consume (such as cocaine or cigarettes). There are some things you should stringently limit (such as alcohol). And then there are some things you can eat moderately (fried foods, junk food, etc.)

Now, carrots are very healthy, but if you eat too many of them, you'll turn orange!

You have to do what feels right for you.

I believe in moderation. If it were not for moderation, those politicians would kill each other at all those debates. You got to have moderators.
