Nothing. They are not a vegetarian.
The Webster Dictionary definition of Vegetarian is one who believes in or practices vegetarianism, a diet consisting wholly of vegetables, fruits, and sometimes eggs or dairy products.
If you eat living creatures, sea animals or not...you are Not a vegetarian.
Pesco-Vegetarians (fish eating) or Pollo-Vegetarians (Poultry eating) are made up terms. Neither category can technically call themselves vegetarians, as they are eating flesh from a formerly living creature, not a plant, which is in direct disagreement with the textbook definition of vegetarianism.
If, you are asking what a vegetarian who eats veggies, fruits, dairy and eggs is called, that is Lacto/Ovo vegetarian, as opposed to Vegan, which is veg and fruit only, no products derived from any living animals (IE: no milk from cows, only soy, no eggs, only veggie egg substitute).

This only "kinda" answers the question, but I think it may help. Fish is considered meat. Some people don't because they can't eat Meat on Fridays during Lent. However, not eating that kind of meat is about land animals only; I think it's because the Bible differentiates land meat from sea meat. If someone says to me "I'm a vegetarian, but I eat fish." I respond: "Then you're not a vegetarian."

Sorry but there is no such thing. A vegetarian does not eat animals, so an animal-eating person who does not eat animals would be an oxymoron.
The name of an omnivore who only eats fish but not other animals is apparently called a pescatarian. Unfortunately, this word was invented by the beef council and most vegetarians hate it because people confuse them with vegetarians.
Good luck.
It is wonderful when someone reduces the meat they eat, but please don't use the word vegetarian. It makes us sad.
:)
I personally go with the Vegetarian Society and say an omnivore who only eats chicken and/or fish is a "meat reducer."

pescatarian is a "vegetarian" that eats seafood.
Lacto-vegetarian is a vegetarian that eats dairy products.
A person that eats underwater animals and dairy...
I do NOT consider that to be vegetarian at all. You can't be a vegetarian and still eat animals whether they be terrestrial or underwater.
I call them a wanna-be vegetarian looking for attention.
