Quite possibly. The swelling will most likely always be a bit more in that leg. It will take awhile for the leg to regenerate new smaller veins to remove the fuild that the original vein removed.

Here's the thing, haven't you heard the almighty advice from like the Today show -n -stuff??? GET A SECOND OPINION!! If your still not satisfied, get a third!!! That does not sound normal, but hey none of us are doctors, call one!!!

When I had bypass my leg healed well but was somewhat weak for a long time.If I were you I would see my cardiologist about this.

9 months?! that doesn't sound good. you might have some kind of infection...you really should call your doctor.
